American Patriot and Arizona Representative Rachel Jones Keshel introduced the ‘Sansone mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act’ into the Arizona Legislature. Arizona is the second state to have the bill introduced. The bill was first introduced by American Patriot and Minnesota Representative, Shane Mekeland, in the State of Minnesota.
The bill is part of a multi state effort to stop the distribution of mRNA biological and technological weapons of mass destruction targeting American citizens. The proposed historic legislation is unique as it recognizes that mRNA injections and products are already illegal according to existing state biological weapon, weapon of mass destruction, or terrorism laws. The bill also creates a criminal and civil liability for non enforcement.
Dr. Joseph Sansone, a psychotherapist, who is litigating in Florida to stop Governor DeSantis from continuing to facilitate mRNA biological and technological weapons of mass destruction in the state, has filed 11 expert affidavits with the Court, including an affidavit from the late Dr. Francis Boyle, considered by many to have been the world’s leading legal authority on biological weapons. Dr. Boyle drafted the United States domestic implementation legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention called the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989, which passed both houses of Congress unanimously, clearly stated that the mRNA nanoparticle injections violated the law he wrote.

In this post, I show multiple videos of Darkfield Microscopy of a filament self assembly in COVID19 unvaccinated blood. This quite large structure can cause problems within the body including stroke like symptoms. Capillaries, which are small arteries, are about 8-10 microns, similar to a red blood cell in diameter. The Germ Theory Dilemma: Where’s the Proof?
For over a century, germ theory has been the cornerstone of infectious disease medicine. Yet, according to Roytas and Adams, no study from the CDC, FDA, or any virology institution has ever demonstrated that a purified, isolated virus free from cellular debris has been shown to transmit illness in a controlled setting.
“No scientific paper or government agency has ever proven that viruses extracted from sick individuals can be isolated as homogenous particles, then used to infect healthy people and reproduce the original symptoms,” Roytas explained. This assertion aligns with critiques from other researchers, including Dr. Andrew Kaufman and Dr. Thomas Cowan, who argue that virology relies on circular reasoning, assuming viral causation without direct proof.
Adams emphasized that without proper isolation and quantification, the entire premise of contagion falls apart. “If you can’t isolate a virus in a purified form, how can you claim it’s causing disease?” he asked.
PCR Tests: A Tool of Misdiagnosis?
The reliance on PCR testing to diagnose COVID-19 has been another focal point of criticism. Adams noted that PCR tests were never designed to determine active infection or viral load—a fact admitted even by their inventor, Kary Mullis.
“PCR tests cannot provide a quantitative answer,” Adams said. “Without knowing viral load, you can’t distinguish between someone with an active infection and someone carrying harmless viral fragments.” This flaw led to widespread false positives, labeling healthy individuals as “cases” and justifying lockdowns, mandates, and quarantines based on flawed science.
