Boston Children’s Hospital went from diagnosing almost no eleven-year-olds with central precocious puberty in 2017 through 2019 to diagnosing fifty in a single year. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia diagnosed nearly 250 minors with the same condition at age 10 or older between 2017 and 2024, including teenagers aged 14 to 18 — an age at which precocious puberty cannot exist by definition. These findings appear in Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of “Gender Medicine,” a 2026 report commissioned by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The pattern documented is not scattered clinical error. It is the systematic misuse of two diagnostic codes — E34.9 (endocrine disorder, unspecified) and E30.1 (central precocious puberty) — to secure insurance reimbursement for puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones that insurers would not have covered under the actual diagnosis. The report’s own nationwide claims analysis found nearly $50 million billed under the endocrine code and $11 million under the impossible precocious puberty code, for children in the wrong age bands, between 2015 and 2025.

Neurosurgeon, Dr Jack Kruse joined Align Podcast host Aaron Alexander last January to track the history of MKULTRA, as it moved into the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) during the 1970s and then moved into the domain of DARPA and into the emerging digital, satellite and artificial Intelligence technologies under President Obama’s BRAIN Initiative.
Kruse says that CIA Director Richard Helms had ordered the destruction of all of the MKULTRA documents but that he’d forgotten about the cache of boxes in Louisiana. When I first heard about the work of Dr. Helmut Sterz a few years go, I knew he was destined to be one of the most important witnesses of the global organized criminal enterprise of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine program.

On January 25, 2021, he texted then CDC Director Rochelle Walensky the following.

It’s Time To Stand Up And Fight Back Against This Blatant Global Genocide Of Humanity
For the first time ever, scientists have used artificial intelligence to design complete viral genomes that were physically synthesized and turned into 16 new functional viruses capable of replicating. The work was published in Science, one of the world’s most prominent scientific journals. Disturbingly, the study’s senior author, Brian L. Hie, who conceived, designed, and supervised the research disclosed funding from the Gates Foundation.
This was not a computer simulation. Researchers generated hundreds of AI-designed viral genomes, physically manufactured the DNA, assembled the genomes, introduced them into susceptible E. coli, and recovered 16 functional bacteriophages that successfully propagated. The viruses infected bacteria, suppressed bacterial growth, produced progeny, and were grown into working viral stocks. The study represents the first generative design of complete genomes that were synthesized and experimentally shown to function as viable viruses.
