Attorney Leigh Finfer with My Vaccine Lawyer has secured a $373,371.11 settlement for the family of a man who died from Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) after receiving a seasonal influenza vaccine, according to a GlobeNewswire press release published last week on Business Insider.

Australians have already lived through one of the most disturbing periods in modern history. We were told it was all for our safety. We were told to stay home, close our businesses, keep our children away from school, avoid our parents, distrust our neighbours, accept emergency directions, obey unelected health officials, and submit to medical interventions promoted with relentless force by governments, bureaucracies, media institutions and corporate interests. HB 1135 anticipates future “public health emergency,” names influenza and COVID-19.

A Maryland bill that has already cleared the House and is racing through the Senate would grant pharmacists authority to order certain vaccines for specific individuals—and require them to immediately log the named “intended recipient” into the state’s permanent immunisation database—even though the engrossed text does not expressly require the person to request the shot, consent, or even be notified.

House Bill 1135 (HB 1135) expands pharmacist authority while creating a new pre-administration tracking pipeline.
