A debate has been ongoing since the end of September 2022, with opposition MPs refusing to back the Emergency Management Amendment (Temporary COVID-19 Provisions) Bill 2022.
Under a COVID-19 declaration, the Bill (pdf) authorises “COVID-19 officers” to “break into and enter” any place or vehicle and exercise these powers without a warrant or consent from the owner.
Officers can also take control or make use of any place or vehicle to enforce a health order.
Section 77N also gives officers the power to force individuals to undergo quarantine and “submit to infection prevention and control procedures.” While Section 77O can be used to compel owners of businesses, places of worship, and entertainment venues to close for a specified period.
Labor MP David Templeman, the leader of the house, said the state had been operating under three-month orders stemming from the Emergency Management Act and the new proposal was supposed to allow for a “temporary fit-for-purpose legal framework” to manage COVID-19.
“The reason it is important for the bill to be dealt with as quickly as possible is that it will allow COVID-19 to be managed outside of a state of emergency, with these arrangements to expire after two years,” he told Parliament on Sept. 21, 2022.
Is it Necessary?
One of the key complaints from the Liberal-National opposition has been the rushed introduction of the Bill, as well as questions about its necessity.
In response, Rita Saffioti, the minister for transport, said opposition MPs had time to conduct “full-on interviews” with the media while claiming they did not have time to review the Bill.
“The opposition should concentrate on what it needs to do to get across the legislation and be ready for the debate,” she said.
However, opposition leader David Honey called the comment “utterly inappropriate.”
“To say that the opposition should not alert the public through the media about the government’s disgraceful behaviour or the content of this Bill again goes against all the democratic principles of this place.”

In a report called “Summary of Preliminary Findings,” a multidisciplinary team from Germany puts it bluntly: “The COVID-19 vaccination programmes must be stopped immediately.” Keep reading to learn why they came to this sobering conclusion.
Toxic Levels Of Undisclosed Metals Found In COVID Shots, German Researchers Find
The German group, called the Working Group for Covid Vaccine Analysis, includes independent physicians, physicists, chemists, microbiologists, pharmacologists, alternative health practitioners, lawyers, psychologists, analysts, and journalists. Their report, published earlier this summer, is described as a “preliminary, continuously evolving presentation of our research and findings on the so-called COVID-19 vaccines, as well as the effects we found on the human body and the blood in particular. The summary is intended for the public interest and to encourage further scientific discussion.”

These substances, which were mostly metallic, were seen under microscopic evaluation, despite the fact that they were “not declared by the manufacturers as present in the vaccines,” the researchers say. The researchers add that the presence of these “distinctive and complex structures” cannot be explained by “contamination” during the manufacturing process, implying that the metallic compounds are there intentionally.
As for the mRNA shots specifically, the researchers also found that the “greater the stability of the envelope of lipid nanoparticles, the more frequent are vaccine side effects.” In other words: more stable lipid nanoparticle components allow for more mRNA gene technology to penetrate human cells, “where the production of spike proteins then takes place.” Their results correspond with emerging data showing that both virus-induced and jab-induced spike proteins are harmful to human health.
As for the blood of injected individuals, the German researchers found that “samples of all the people who had been vaccinated showed marked changes.” The researchers found “crystalline formations” and “complex structures similar to those in the vaccines” in blood samples from vaxxed individuals. Notably, these blood changes were evident “even if those people hadn’t at that point displayed any visible reaction to the vaccinations.”
This last point clearly points to the worrisome possibility of future long-term health effects among jabbed individuals. In their report, the Working Group for Covid Vaccine Analysis explains arteriosclerosis could be just one of many long-term effects that those vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccines will have to face.

In an effort to ensure that their work is seen, the group has shared their findings publically with at least 4,000 individuals, including the entire Lower House of Parliament in Germany and members of the German media. In an article posted to Substack, internal medicine physician Dr. Ana Mihalcea, MD, says she is “horrified” by this data and calls it “transhumanist [artificial intelligence] agenda in full force.”
