I am the gate-keeper of my mind : also stay away from soaps because they are very destructive to the mind giving you a lot of people who do not exist to worry about; manipulating you and programming you with a political narrative and situations that do not exist . I used to be addicted to the point that I would shut people off until I saw that soap and find myself worrying over those soap characters which is ridiculous. Haven’t watched them for 7 years and do not miss them one jot. That is how they hook you into mind control it is not just the news I would say the soaps are worse than the news because they become real to you- they become part of your world.
